TILLY’S EVENTS
We have fun. We like to see smiles. Tilly has participated in 100’s of events from 1 to 1000. Please see below descriptions of events.
Community Festivals
Heightscream is always on call for a festival. Just last weekend, a vendor canceled and heightscream was asked to help serve 400, no problem. We have 2 staff always on call, Tilly is ready and we had a ball. Let us know and if it can be done, we would certainly like the opportunity. Thank you very much.
Children or Adult Parties
Tilly loves Parties. From Newborns to 107th Birthday parties. She is always ready to join in the celebration. The music is tradition, the lights are festive and the ice cream is always cold. A real live ice cream truck is good for any occasion.
Corporate Parties
We are available 7 days a week for your Corporate Party or Appreciation Event. We are set up to serve up to 1000 people per hour through 3 windows and 4 people, or many fewer. Whatever the size, Tilly is always a big hit.
Religious Services
Our ice cream truck provides treats after your religous services. Especially during the COVID crisis of 2020 with more outdoor and in car services , we are able to provide ice cream and treats to over 1000 people very quickly with up to 4 people working together. We are available on Sunday's and Religious Holidays. Please call or email for more information.
School Events and Graduation
Nothing better than ice cream for your graduate or student. We are available for school events, graduation parties and countless academic celebrations. An Ice Cream Truck makes it 1000x more fun. We attend many elementary, middle school and high school graduations.

Sporting Events
An Ice Cream Truck for your sporting event. Whether softball, baseball, soccer, karate, fishing, bungee jumping, we would love to be involved. Call us and we will replace Tilly's eyelashes with goggles
Weddings!!!!!
Yes, Yes and Yes. Weddings are super fun. Not only for the children but also for the adults. Pictures with Tilly are FREE!!! Smiles for the children are priceless and we dress up in Tuxedos for the event. Schedule now for the summer and fall.
Dog Events... Cats too
We love animals. We have 2 dogs and 4 cats. All animals were adopted from shelters here in Portland. We have participated in the Corgi walk and numerous dog birthdays. We can serve a variety of dog friendly treats and the human friends are happy too. We consider this a win win situation.
Other Events
Tilly has been at so many events that it is hard to list them all, she is ready on a minutes notice and scheduled up to a year or two in advance. It is really a lot of fun and each event is customized . Please contact us for more information and we will be glad to work with your self or your coordinator for a great time.
